Song Medicine journey is a sound healing experience that brings you into a state of deep relaxation. Sounds have the power to affect more than just your hearing senses; with these powerful vibrations your physical, emotional and spiritual body can be nurtured, relieved and transmuted. Enjoy the magical sounds of various instruments such as singing bowls, drums, gongs and voice. In the sound journey you will also experience Song Medicine, these are medicine songs created in the moment.

Raw cacao is heartwarming medicine and deepens the invitation to connect to the heart. It is known as a powerful antioxidant with high concentration of vitamins and minerals. The cacao brings another dimension into connecting your own emotions and surrendering to the sounds. 

 

The session will be indoors with a small group. Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and please bring your own eye mask (recommended) and extra blanket if you get cold easily; everything to ensure you are completely comfortable and warm while laying down for a longer period.
